Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.No. The price you see online is the equipment rental price. Delivery and taxes are additional and will be provided to you at the time of reservation.
Q.When do you set up?
A.This will be discussed at the time of reservation. Since we do so many different types of events, many deliveries are unique and will require specific information.
Q.We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A.No. Beanie Bounce Party Rentals cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. A blower keeps air in the unit the entire time. Once unplugged it deflates. That's why we require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit. If that cannot be provided, we have generators for rent so that the unit can be used, virtually anywhere. We provide the proper length and weight extension cord for all rental units.
Q.What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A.Please call the office to discuss. We do NOT set up in most parks. If we do set up in the park you are interested in, an email with permission from the park must be provided before a reservation can be made. A lead time of two hours before the event begins and two hours after the event is over must be provided for delivery and pickup. If this cannot be accommodated, additional charges will occur for specific set up and pick up times, if possible.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. Personal checks are not accepted but business checks are.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, all reservations require a 50% deposit.
Q.How big are the jumps?
A.Dimensions of all items are provided where the picture of the unit is posted.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on Grass (our favorite and safest for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks. Different equipment is used for any surface other than grass so please make sure this is conveyed at the time the reservation is made.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower.
