|The following information should be helpful
when considering us for your party rental needs:
- Rental Season - Our outdoor rental season is from
March 1 through December 15 (weather permitting) with our peak season from May 1 through September 30.

- Reservations - We gladly accept rental requests right up to the day of your event. However, we do suggest that you book early to assure availability. Reservations can be made via

Once we've arrived at your site,
collected the rental fee and setup the
equipment, no weather related refunds
will not be made.
- Setup - We like to arrive at your site at least 30 minutes
to one hour before the start of your event. After our professionally trained staff sets up the equipment, we'll need about 15 to 20 minutes with the "responsible adult" who will be in-charge of the device(s) to review proper safety and ride management.
Although we can setup on asphalt and
concrete, its better if the location is
a reasonably level, grass-covered area.
The area should be free of any debris,
roots, glass (or other sharp objects),
and doggie droppings. Before setting up,
we'll inspect the area and make every
attempt to accommodate your wishes.
However, the deciding factor as to where
to setup is ours, due to safety reasons.
We'll also need access to electrical power. Each unit requires it own 115 VAC/20 Amp outlet within
100' of the setup area. If you don't have an outside receptacle, we can usually route our power lines through a window. The outlet used for your washing machine is usually a good bet (so long as you don't do the laundry at the same time). For setup where power is not available such as public parks, we can provide portable power generating equipment (additional charges apply).
We'll provide everything needed to setup the device. We supply a ground cover for under the Bounce, tie-down stakes, and GFCI-equipped power cords.
- Breakdown & Pick up - We'll return to your site at the completion of your rental period to breakdown and retrieve the equipment. The unit will be inspected, bundled and loaded on our truck.
If your event ends before we arrive to retrieve the equipment, simply unplug the blower and allow it to collapse. Don't attempt to pack or bundle the unit.
If you must vacate your event location by a specific time, please let us know so we can deliver and setup accordingly.
Your event will be a success as long as
you know what to expect!
